LiNbO3

Lithium niobate (LiNbO3) is a compound of niobium, lithium and oxygen, and it is a negative crystal (n0>ne). The deformed lithium niobate crystal is a material with multiple properties such as piezoelectric, ferroelectric, optoelectronic, nonlinear optics, and pyroelectric.

Lithium niobate single crystal is an important material for linear and nonlinear optical applications. and it also has a photorefractive effect. it is widely used in optical communications, information processing, integrated optical circuits, image storage, harmonic generation, frequency doubling devices, parametric oscillation, 1064nm laser frequency doubling, quadruple frequency phase matching devices, SAW filter, Q-switch, electro-optical dimmer, parametric oscillator. and other aspects.

For doped MgO:LiNbO3 crystal, its damage resistance threshold is more than doubled than that of pure LiNbO3 crystal.

CasCrysTech (CCT) provides high quality Lithium niobate(LiNbO3) crystals upon request from customers.
